About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Field Supervisor to oversee daily operations on job sites. This

role is responsible for supervising truck drivers, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting the

Transportation Manager with day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise trucks and drivers on active job sites

• Enforce all company and site safety regulations at all times

• Maintain clear communication with drivers and foremen

• Assist the Transportation Manager with operational tasks

• Monitor job site activities to ensure efficiency and compliance

• Respond promptly to issues or concerns in the field

• Be available to work day or night shifts as needed

Requirements

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Knowledge of construction or trucking operations preferred

• Ability to enforce safety rules and company policies

• Flexible schedule with availability for day and night work

• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must.

• CDL holder preferred

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000+, Pay based off experience.
